1. I thought it was Thursday for about half the day...it was kind of a bummer when I realized we were NOT in fact one day away from the weekend.
2. I'm pumped because they took out my IV this morning and didn't put a new one in--my nurse said I have been "behaving" well enough that they trusted me without it and that I had good enough veins to get a new one in in a hurry should the need arise. Freedom!
3. Harper told my mom today when she had a dirty diaper--does this mean I have to potty train her when I get home?
4. Amazon.com is a wonderful thing.
5. Ever since I started reading the Girl with the Dragon Tatoo series, I decided that I want to visit Sweden.
6. I really hope that it cools off before school starts so that all my coworkers can stay sane.
7. I'm not ready to go back to school, so it's a good thing I get the first few weeks off.
8. I cried when team USA won gold in women's gymnastics last night, even though I already knew the results. That's not like me...blaming pregnancy.
9. Did you know that teams could get kicked out of the Olympics for not trying? It happened to some badminton players from four different countries...scandal. Always try your best :)
10. Jason heard a commentator on ESPN say that Bob Costas was smug...and now I can't watch Bob Costas comment on the games without thinking how smug he sounds. Yet another way my husband is tarnishing my Olympics experience :) j/k Jason...
***Edit: Jason just informed me that it was actually Fox Sports Radio, not ESPN, and he berated me for not citing my source correctly. I apologize.
