Hi All,
I feel like a broken record, but it's another uneventful day around here. We are still happy with that, though! I am having an ultrasound tomorrow, and if everything checks out, we have the OK from the specialist to go until 36 weeks before I deliver. As much as I am anxious to get the surgery over with and meet our daughter, I know that for every day she stays put, she has a better chance of avoiding some preemie issues and maybe avoiding the NICU. I hope so much that we can take her home like a normal newborn.
Last night we had Papa Johns pizza with Brad and Anna, some friends from Rock Valley. They were on their way home from vacation, and it was so nice of them to stop! I had to share a couple of pics of Harper and her friend Kade...here they are sporting a couple pairs of Harp's sunglasses.
They make a cute couple, huh? Harper has a couple handsome boys to choose from among our friend group, and she is very fond of all of them :) Trouble.
Saturdays always get a little long when we are all cooped up in the room together for the whole day, so we took a walk earlier, and now Jason and Harper are on an outing. We have some plans with family tonight and tomorrow for dinner/lunch, and we are looking forward to that.
